“GREAT GOLF COURSE, EVEN AFTER A HARD WINTER, COURSE IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION! GREEN FAIRWAYS, GREENS ROLL TRUE! SPEND THE MONEY AND PLAY A GREAT GOLF COURSE!” –Eric N. Cordova, SC
“This course was a blast. Just being there to play holes that mimicked world class holes was enough. I’m a high handicap golfer and learned so much here I can probably shave some strokes off my home courses in California. The undulating fast greens required significant care in setting up a shot. The course was in fine shape and had a definite Carolina feel due to the bent grass rough that steals your club face if you don’t grip it and follow through. And the powdery sand is not like the coarser sand we have at home in California. If you dig too deep on a bunker shot, you’ll likely slip the club under the ball and get no lift. The wide open fairways on a lot of holes offer forgiveness to a double digit handicapper so I didn’t do too bad here. I’ll definitely play it again.” –Rayder1, California
